Fetch MMS

If it was not for the fact that this only cost $.99, I would want my money back. True this might work, I sent MMS messages to a few friends and had great concerns that in order to see the MMS that i sent, they had to subscribe to Fido in order to see the MMS message.(sprint carrier) THERE IS NOTHING IN THE DECRIPTION WHEN YOU PURCHASED FETCH MMS THAT STATES THAT THE PERSON THAT RECEIVES YOUR MMS HAD TO SUBSCRIBE TO FIDO IN ORDER TO SEE THE MMS MESSAGE. Most people do not like that.
To me that is misleading and the Apple Store would allow this. Im not sure if this is only my case or if i just did not read some fine print that states this, but usually i read these type things really well. If this is the case, that needs to be on the decription of Fetch MMS.
